Applications are available at the Brighton Police Department 206 S. Main St. Brighton, IL 62012. You are required to fill out the application, provide required information, and pass inspection provided by the Village of Brighton Police Department before you will qualify to purchase the $25 Annual Non Highway Vehicle Sticker to be allowed to use the streets under jurisdiction of the Village of Brighton.
