October 6, 2025, Peddler Ordinance 2025-12 passed to increase fees and penalties, and created a No Knock Registry. You can sign up for the No Knock Registry by calling 618-372-8860 or emailing to ptclerk@brightonill.com . Low Speed Vehicle Laws
